He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Belle Parsons Bryant and Millard Alexander Bryant; his wife Mary Widener Bryant; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Teeny" Stamper and Millard Alexander Bryant, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Arnold (Mike), Melissa Norwood (Victor) and Terry Bryant (Sandy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ballad Hospice House or to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
