She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alden Blevins and Blanche Osborne Blevins; her husband Richard C. "Shrimp" Buchanan; her brother Wayne Blevins; and her siblings-in-law, Polly Blevins and Samuel Wolfe.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Buchanan (Pam) and Jeff Buchanan; her siblings, Willard Blevins (Dottie), Wanda Johnson and Brenda Wolfe; her grandchildren, Mindy Buchanan-King (John), Gina Hutchinson (Brian) and Codie (Tram); and her great grandchild Reed Hutchinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
