She is survived by: her children, Rose Phillips Sheffield (Mike), Anna Russ (Scott), Russell Turner (Christie), Kermit Turner (Jennifer) and James Moore; and her brothers, Dennis Phillips (Barbara) and Kermit Phillips (Linde). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
