She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlie Waycaster and Celia Jane Potter Waycaster; her husband Millard Grey Blevins; and her daughter Susan Blevins Debeaubien. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Warren (Bobby) of Bristol, TN, Yvonne Totten of Saltville, VA, Christine McCracken (James) of Meadowview, VA, Delores White (Roby "Buster") of Meadowview, VA and Millard "C. L." Blevins of Atkins, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
