She was predeceased by: her father Charles Nat Johnson; her husband Donald Salyer; and her siblings, Elmer Lee Johnson, Jim Johnson, Stanford Johnson, Marvin Johnson, Bill Johnson, Mary Ellen "Bo Peep" Johnson, Thelma "Dookee" Johnson and Lorriane Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Deena Dollar (Charles) and Shane Salyer; her daughter-in-law Missi Salyer; her grandchildren, Dustin Salyer, Timber Guymond (Aaron) and Shana Salyer; her great grandchildren, Sylas Easterly, Levi Guymond, Kaiden Guymond, Sophie Guymond and Cobain Salyer; her siblings, Sandra Dorton (Russell), Elainie Helbert (Snake) and Ramond "Teny" Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Johnson, Martha Johnson and Sarah Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
