With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maudene K. O'Flaherty of Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart O. Keen and Polly Fletcher Keen of Mavisdale, VA.; her husband Thomas L. O'Flaherty; her brothers, Virgil E. Keen and Stewart O. Keen, Jr.; and her niece Pamala Snead.
She is survived by: her sister Maurene K. McClanahan of Bristol, VA; her nephews, Harold McClanahan of Abingdon, VA and Gary W. McClanahan of Venice, FL; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsay Cook, Ben McClanahan, Blake Snead, Dana Snead and Betsy Jones; and her nephew Jim Snead.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pleasant View Methodist Church or a charity of choice.
