She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilmer Stiltner and Lillie Ramey Stiltner; her husband Frank Eddie Rowe; and her siblings, Ersel Stiltner, Clifford Stiltner, Mack Stiltner, Edd Stiltner, Hank Stiltner and Geneva Stiltner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Owens, Sharon Kennedy (Gale) and Becki Branham (Jerry Jr.); her siblings, Ervin Stiltner (Inga), Brenda Ashby (Don) and Downeda Wallace (Jay); her sister-in-law Margie Stiltner; and her grandchildren, Angie Walkup (Brad), Krystal Compton (Randy), Denyse Coram, Jessica Branham, Seth Sauer (Lauren) and Sara Miles. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews.
