She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Lowe Statzer of Abingdon, VA; her grandchildren, Hoyt and Saylor Statzer; and her siblings, Rev. Herbert Bailey (Pat), Donald Bailey (Brenda), Barry Bailey (Beverly), Francie Flanagan and Madeline Harrington (Willis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
