He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessee Herbert McMillan and Pocahontas Fleming McMillan; and his wife Irene B. McMillan. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Rasnake of Cincinnati, OH, Linda Baum (Blaine) of Bristol, VA and Rita Denise McMillan of Gallatin, TN. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, thirteen great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
