She was predeceased by: her parents, Bart Belcher and Dollie Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Butch, Virginia and Penny; her son-in-law Paul Luginbuhl; her grandchildren, Angela Keene, Jesse, Jeff Martin and Paula Davidson; her sisters, Patsy (Ray Shortridge), Virginia, Lois Strunk of Atwater and Sue McKinney of Johnson; and also Rose Stiltner of Abingdon. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
