We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 86, Phyllis E. Briscoe of Abingdon, Virginia, born in Bluefield, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Karl Evans and Margaret Evans; her husband Robert "Jack" Briscoe; her children, Robbie Briscoe of Black Mountain, Laurie Hale (Alan) of Christiansburg and Lisa Miller (Thomas) of Riner, Virginia.; and her grandchildren, Hans Suhs, Benjamin Briscoe, Kendra Hale, Laurel Miller and Samuel Briscoe.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the church's cemetery fund.
