She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dixon and Elda Dixon; and her husband John J. Deadmore, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Deadmore Vento (Michael), James Alan Deadmore (Debbie) and Elizabeth Jean "Beth" Mix (Gary). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one brother, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Abingdon United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
