He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Campbell and Jane Chapman Campbell; his sister Trish Goff; and his pet Alex. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Paige Campbell Mattingly; his son-in-law Kyle; his grandsons, Moses O'Neal and Wayne O'Neal; his pet Bean; his grandchildren, Ashley (Chris), Chelsea, Katie and C. J.; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Cooper, Ella, Kingston, Rubi, Keria, Kenna and Alilah.
