We announce the death of Regenia Kestner of Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hill and Rosie Hill; and her brother J. C. Hill. She is survived by: her husband Horton Kestner; her daughter Melissa Kestner-Clay; her son-in-law Kampton Clay; her grandson Ray De La Cruz (Leny); her sister Geraldine Morefield; her cousin Faye Price; and her nephews, Glen Hill (Kim) and Darrell Hill (Connie). She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews and numerous cousins.
