He was predeceased by : his parents, James Joseph Bonin and Betty Lucille Maclachlan Bonin; his mother-in-law Judie Hines; and his sister-in-law Debbie Berryman of Lexington. He is survived by : his wife Mindy Bonin; his son Ashby Bonin; his father-in-law Glenn Hines; his brother-in-law Mike Hines (Cindy) of Lexington, Kentucky; and his close friends, Gary Chappell of Michigan and Jack Catenac of Michigan.
