He is survived by: his wife Ann Combs Lowry; his son Robert Keller Lowry, IV (Kel); his granddaughters, Sumer Lowry (Jacob Lawson) and Lindsey Lowry; his great grandchild Piper Lawson; his sisters, Elena Hutton of Abingdon, VA, Mary Jane Crosby of Abingdon, VA and Susan E. Lowry of Abingdon, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Dee Combs, Paul Combs, Howard Combs (Patty), Allen Combs, Sam Jackson, Dorothy Weaver (Joe) of Abingdon, Shirley Combs (Walter Murray) of Abingdon and Irma Brown (Larry) of Abingdon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
