He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Marie Fugate and Roy William Fugate, Jr.; his wife Elizabeth Fugate; his son Jeffrey Holman Jr.; his brothers, James Michael (Mike) and Clarke Alexander Fugate (Zan); and his sister-in-law Valerie Cansler Fugate.
He is survived by: his children, Dirk Fugate (Anessa) and Tenesha Fugate Williams (Leonard); his siblings, Thomas Fugate (Patricia), Craig Fugate and Angela Jordan (Patrick); and his mother-in-law Mulvenia Fairnot. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews, along with extended family.
