He is survived by: his wife Annette Lester; his children, Deborah Kiser (Steve), Gary Lester (Tammie) and Gina Rowe (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ryan Grubb, Kayla Wyatt, Gavin Lester, Hailey Rowe and Grayson Rowe; his great grandchildren, Maston, Mallory, Cassidy and Sadie; and his siblings, Alice Clawson, Wayne Lester (Debbie) and Jerry Lester (Gail). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
