It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Jackson Grubb I (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fleenor Grubb and Hazel Sells Grubb; and his sister Sue C. Skeen. He is survived by: his spouse Sammie "Sandy" Grubb; his children, Ronald "Bones" Grubb II (Robin), Zach Warren (Sallie), Frances Deel (Shannon), Tanya Hayton (Cecil) and Rhonda Warren; his siblings, Judy Orfield (Eddie), Patricia Campbell (Randy), Brenda Self (Harley), Michael Grubb and Jeff Grubb (Lori); his grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah, Alex, Cole, Dawson, Marshall, Austin, Kayla, Haden and Jackson; and his close friends, Roy Fleenor and Paisley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
