He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas DePriest; his wife Leota DePriest; and his son Larry Keith DePriest. He is survived by: his stepmother Vilas; his children, Kathy Ballard, Karen Davis (Don) and Steve DePriest; and his siblings, Ted DePriest and Phyllis Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (1212 Rhode Island Ave, Bristol, VA 24202). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1019 Valley Dr, Bristol, VA 24201).
