He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Moretz; and his brother Timothy Moretz. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Orr (Jayson); his mother Billie Moretz; his sister Kathy Hagy (Andy); his grandson Sam Orr; and his close friend Linda Plaster.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to a charity of their choice, or you can donate to the Brumley Gap Church who are sending donations to Kenya for their recent drought.
