She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Jones and Pauline Jones; and her husband Richard. She is survived by: her brother Paul Jones; her children, Mary Foil Russell (Ken) of Blacksburg, VA and Richard E. Foil, Jr. (MaryBeth) of Holly Springs, N. C.; and her grandchildren, Morgan Russell (Madison) of Blacksburg, VA, Elizabeth Russell of Roanoke, VA, Sarah Foil (Daniel Webster) of Walnut Cove, N. C., Richard E. Foil III and David Foil of Holly Springs, N. C.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
