She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Starnes and Jeanette Jackson Starnes; her husband Bill Reid Munsey of Honaker; and her brothers, Otto, Luther, Robert and Donald Starnes.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Munsey of Meadowview, VA, Susan Weaver (Jack) of Abingdon and Michael Munsey (Margie) of Abingdon; her grandchildren, Laura Wilson (Alex) of Abingdon, VA, Isaac Munsey of Abingdon, VA and Heather DeLong (Rob) of New York City; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Emma Wilson; and her siblings, JoAnne Smith of California and Dallas Starnes (Peggy) of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to Abingdon Baptist Church, 361 W. Main Street, Abingdon, VA.
