She was predeceased by: her husband Avery Edward Bartley Sr.; her father George Dewey Rose (Mother Edna Mooney Rose); her siblings, Alladeen Barbour and Gary Rose; and her sister-in-law Deborah Allen Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Avery "Eddie" Bartley Jr. (Sharon) of Abingdon, VA, Ricky Lee Bartley (Rebecca) of Abingdon, VA, Jerry Willard Bartley (Crystal) of Abingdon, VA and Connie Fleming of Abingdon, VA; and her sisters, Peggy Smith (Mike) of East Liverpool, OH and Sharon Roberts (Bill) of Magnolia, DE. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
