He was predeceased by: his father Harvey "Ben" Finney; his stepfather Emanuel Fletcher, Sr.; and his brothers, Norris and Benjamin. He is survived by: his mother Madeline Finney of Virginia; his sister-in-law Olive; his daughter Tiffany Marie; his grandchildren, Devon and Nikyah; his brothers, Harvey (Mary) and Glenn (Olive); his stepsiblings, Emanuel and Maxine; and his close friend Calvin Custis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.
