She was predeceased by: her father Edward A. Johnson, Jr.; her husband Thomas Williams; her daughter Thomasina Ames; and her sisters, Annie Helen Stevens and Edna Pitts. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great, great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
