He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Webb and Romelia Smith Webb Bailey; his stepfather Carroll Bailey; his brothers, James, Russell and Robert "Bobby" Webb; his sister-in-law Priscilla "Bam" Webb (Cummings); his nephew Thomas Webb II; his great-nephew Rashad Hargis; and his close friend Geneva Turner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Hester Webb and Thomas Webb (Valria Webb); his nieces, Tonya Webb McNair (Edwin McNair), Diedra Webb and Tameka Cummings; his cousins, Joann West (Calvin West), James Drummond (Hedy Drummond), Irvin "Buster" Drummond (Hazel Drummond) and Walter Drummond (Faye Drummond); his sons, Clyde, Claude and Cheyenne; Dorothy Webb. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and great-nieces, nephews both great and great-great, in-laws.
