He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fisher and Mary Frances Blake Turner. He is survived by: his sisters, Sylvia Milburn (Cecil Milburn) and Patricia Blake; and his close friends, Michael Matthews, Renee Toppin and Tammy Christopher. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
