He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Lee Bundick and Annie Bundick; his former wife Shirley Simpson Bundick; his children, Joan Baumgardner, E. Linwood "Boy" Bundick Jr. and Jerry Crockett; and his brother Mason Lee Bundick Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Voyles Bundick of Accomac; his children, Lou Ann Lewis (John Harold) of Accomac, Cheryl Bloxom of Parksley, VA, David Bundick, Sarah of Accomac and Margaret Sargent of Onley, VA; his sister Betty Ann Milliner of Accomac; his grandchildren, Ronnie Nicholson (Jenny), Johnny Lewis, Brett Lewis, Tyler Bloxom, Michaela Bloxom, Billy Baumgardner (Rachael), Shirley Kelly (Jason) and T. J. Sargent; and his pets, Baby, Tiny, Angel, Blue Eyes, Cutie Pie, Sunshine and Sandell. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
