He was predeceased by : his parents, George Seymour and Etta Connor Seymour; and his siblings, Bertie, Mary, Georgia, Josie Harret, Clara, Nellie and Alonzo. He is survived by : his former spouse Oneida White; his children, Wilmer (Butch) , Samuel Seymour, Jr. (Lenore) of Brooklyn, NY, Sandra Lee (Keith) of Philadelphia, PA, Dorothy Johnson of Decula, FL, Gary Hall (Marian) of Geneva, Switzerland, Keith Hall (Angela) of Charlotte, NC and Victor Hall of Melfa, VA; his wife Lula Hall; and his nieces, Charlotte Speller of Philadelphia, PA, Florence Parsons of Accomac, VA and Marion Ragland of Cinnaminson, NJ. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren.
