Lam; his sons, Jeffrey Ray Forbis, Jr. (Ashley Forbis) of Burlington, Seth Lane Forbis (Olivia Williams) of Afton and Caleb Ray Forbis of Afton; his grandchildren, Paisley Forbis, Arabella Forbis and Liam Forbis; his pet Scrappy; his brother Carlton Forbis (Judy Forbis) of Sea Grove; his friends, Brandon Fitzgerald and Isiah Mann; and his close friends, Walden Hatton, Daniel Simmons and Ken Surber.
