It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Richard Lester of Afton, Virginia, born in Buchanan, Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Flemming Lester and America Mounts Lester; his wife Rose Knipp Lester; and his siblings, Eugene Lester and Kay Frances Brown.

He is survived by : his children, Richard Lester, Lydia Lester and Paul Lester II (Tonia); his grandchildren, Thomas, Kaitlyn, Jessica, Darian, Adam and Lexi; and his sisters, Gerri Guileseppe and Joyce Duff. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
