He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheryl Regina of Vermont. He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean Norwich; his sister Barbara Ann Wyatt of Las Vegas, NV; and his children, Byron W. Powers (Liz) of Warrenton, VA, Stephen L. Powers (Patti) of Centreville, VA, Gregory S. Powers (Susie) of Ashburn, VA, Michael J. Powers (Celie) of Aldie, VA and Michelle A. Sweeney (Patrick) of Fairfax, VA. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
