She was loved and cherished by many people including : her brother Jay Burchell (Joanne) of Chesterfield, VA; her niece Julie; her nephews, Jason Burchell and Joseph (Kristin); and her parents, John Burchell and Evelyn Burchell of King George, VA. She was also cherished by 11 loving grandnieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to be made to the location where Debbie received exceptional and loving care during her illness.
