He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Garvin (Ryan) of Aldie; his brother David Garvin (Jacquie) of Ashton; his daughter-in-law Sue Garvin of Sperryville; his children, Mary McDuffie (John) of Silver Spring and Danny Garvin (Cheri) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Ann Johnson (Doug) of Ellicott City, Johnny McDuffie (Samantha), James McDuffie (Meghan), Paul McDuffie, Ben Rupchis (Rebekah), Ryan Garvin, Matthew Garvin (Julie) and Sean Garvin; Paul. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
