She was predeceased by : her parents, Louise Belmar and Nathaniel Knight Sr. Berta; her husband Joseph Wise; her granddaughter Lucretia Wise-Johnson; and her sisters, Dorothy White, Sarah Francis, Joyce Boone and Amelia Edwards.

She is survived by : her close friend Amelia Edwards; her daughter Betty Daniels; her grandchildren, Natalie Daniels and Michael Carolina; her great grandchildren, Gione Wise, Tony Johnson, Destiny Johnson, Malaysia Daniels and Michael Daniels; and her great great grandchildren, Mekhi Richardson, Devyn Johnson, Aviana Wise and Gione Wise Jr..
