She was predeceased by: her husband Barrington R. Thame. She is survived by: her friend Clarece; her daughter Jennifer Steiner (Eric) of Alexandria, VA; her grandchildren, London and David; and her siblings, Marjorie Bowens of Clarkston, MI, Mary Fuqua of Detroit, MI, Azalene Johnson (Lonnie) of Louisville, KY and Eugene Walker, Jr. of Greensboro, AL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, close relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alfred Street Baptist Church (301 S Alfred St, Alexandria, VA 22314). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
