He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Bernstein and Muriel Bernstein (Brown); his brother Robert Bernstein; his parents-in-law, Philip and Roslyn Ingeneri; and his brother-in-law Philip Ingeneri (Flip).
He is survived by: his wife Lois Bernstein (Ingeneri); his children, Lara Mathews (Daniel) and Richard Bernstein; his granddaughters, Alexandra and Katharine Mathews; and his brothers, Barry and Gerald Bernstein.
