She is survived by: her mother Frieda Starnes Moore; her son Richard Mullins; her sister Linda Kinney (Patrick); her niece Caroline Kinney; and her friends, Larry and Janice Jones. She is also survived by her son, grandchildren, mother, sister, niece, and friends.
