She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Dick (Mark) of Manassas, Virginia; her grandchildren, Daniel Seiger (Mia) of Spotsylvania and Gabrielle Terrell (Zach) of Bristow, Virginia; and her niece Robin Pope (Randy) of Manassas, Virginia. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Her work included contributions to Congress-mandated research, federal publications, and the development of the Prospective Payment System still used today.
