She is survived by: her children, Charles Clarke, Sr. (April), Darleen Medley, Arleen Armstrong (Andre), Carolyn Williams (Drue) and Angela Clarke; her grandchildren, Rochelle Davis (John), Derrick Thompson, Corin Tuner, Darnell Thompson, Dominique Thompson, Michael Clarke, Chaz Clarke, Tajuana Smith, Nicholas Dilihay, Dezmund Clarke, Kendra Knight, Jeremiah Clarke, Isiah Clarke, Jadah Clarke, Charles Clarke, Jr., Christina Clarke and Joshua Clarke; her great grandchildren, Shaquille Taylor (Monica), Layla Sheffey, Dah'lila Clarke, Ni'yeal Fisher-Clarke, Aubree Smith, Austin Smith, De'Andre Clarke, Ezra Howard, Khye Billings, Dezmund Clarke, Jr. and De'Zhye Clarke; her great great grandchild Jason Taylor; her siblings, Eugene Miller, Jr. (Zannie), Mary Eldridge (Clarence), Marshall Miller (Poni) and Roosevelt Miller (Sadie); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Toney and Ann Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, church family, countless friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (1401 Jamieson Ave, Alexandria, VA 22314). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Mt. Comfort Cemetery (6600 S Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306).
