He was predeceased by: his parents, Baldwin H. Moss and Myrtle Turner Moss; and his sisters, Ruby Moss and Nell Moss. He is survived by: his wife Susie Miller Moss; his children, Dale Moss and Rebecca "Becky" Urik (Craig); his grandson Steven Moss; and his great grandchild Zoe Moss. He is also survived by several nephews; one niece; and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in honor of Fred to the American Cancer Society.
