Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alfred Street Baptist Church (301 S Alfred St, Alexandria, VA 22314). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, The family kindly requests that contributions be made to North Carolina Central University in memory of Jesse Spratley '55. Checks may be made payable to NCCU Foundation, Inc. with Jessie Spratley noted in the memo line.
