He was predeceased by: his parents, John E and Emma Sullivan (Lay). He is survived by: his wife Paula; his sons, John of Ithaca, NY and Brian of Alexandria, LA; and his granddaughter Emma. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church's ministry in Medor, Haiti.
