He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Shaughnessy and Bridget O'Shaughnessy. He is survived by: his wife Pam; the father of his child Kevin Michael (Elina); his granddaughters, Rylie, Leeat and Skylar; and his siblings, Thomas (Gerry), Michael (Kathy Dunston) and Lorraine Hunt (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in John's name to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
