He is survived by : his wife Sandra Mason; his children, Brannan Meyers (Eric), Joseph Mason Jr. (Sarah), Jeffrey Mason (Nikki), Dr. James Mason and Jerod Mason (Robin); and his grandchildren, Lindsey Mason, Kayleigh Mason, Abigail Meyers, Jeffrey Mason Jr., Christian Mason, Andrew Meyers and Henry Meyers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
