We bid farewell to Kevin McDonald of Alexandria, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 26, 2025 at the age of 64. Kevin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. McDonald and Constance McDonald (Shumway); his sister-in-law Adeline Donohue-McDonald (Nina); and his cousin Craig Shumway. He is survived by: his brother Thomas McDonald; his nephews, Declan and Griffin McDonald; his close friend Brian Kim; and his aunt Reba Shumway.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104).
