She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Robert Mills and Josephine Mills; and her friend Terry Caparros. She is survived by: her friend Cathy Carmona; her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Mills; her children, Rowland Eric Bell and Courtney Elizabeth Bell; and her granddaughter Isabella Ford. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Lois's memory to the Alzheimer's Association in support of research, care, and programs for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
