It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luke John Kluchko (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Seymour Kluchko. He is survived by: his wife Oksana Rustemova; his children, Marianna, Michael and Emily; his father Rev. John Kluchko; his sisters, Melanie Nobile and Kyra Panchenko; and his mother-in-law Claudia Vinogradova.
