She is survived by: her daughter Amy Welch Baskin (Stuart Baskin); her great grandchild Mary Stuart Touchstone; Whitney Baskin Touchstone (Andrew), Sarah Margaret Baskin Biley (Seth), Richard Thomas Welch (Jill Ruedy Welch), Richard Kenneth, Mary Miller and James Miller Welch (Kathy Reinsel).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Church (118 N Washington St, Alexandria, VA 22314).
